Warranty - For purchases after September 1, 2011  
  Furniture 10 Year Limited Warranty:

 
  Paragon Casual warrants to the original retail buyer that if the furniture frame fails structurally within ten (10) years from date of purchase, Paragon Casual will at its option replace or repair the frame, part or entire item. If the original style or finish is no longer available Paragon Casual will substitute product of equal value in a similar style and/or finish. The 10 year limited warranty applies to the defects in quality of material and/or workmanship for common residential use only. The limited manufacture warranty is   extended to a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase against the peeling or blistering of the powder coated finish. Exclusions to this warranty: Damage or failure caused by acts of nature, abuse, commercial use, improper assembly, misuse, normal wear and tear, exposure to harsh chemicals or excessive exposure to extreme weather conditions are not covered by Paragon Casual warranty. The rust seepage or bleeding from crevices or non- finished surfaces in some designs, and the   rusting andoxidation of frames resulting from scratches or chips will not be covered by this warranty. Rust or corrosion, as well as the damage caused by hard-water deposit and calcium minerals buildup in regional water condition will not be covered by this warranty. Due to the unique nature of hand-applied finishes, fading and wearing of hand-applied finishes is not included in this warranty.  
     
  Mosaic Stone Top 2 Year Limited Warranty:

 
  Paragon Casual warrants to the original retail buyer a limited manufacture warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase against adhesive failure. Resealing upon opening the original package may be required due to the nature of sealers disintegration over time. Additionally, the table top needs to be resealed preferably every six months. Resealing and renewing the finish on our Mosaic Stone Tops prevents the loss of   lusterwhich is a sign that the moisture barrier of the table top requires attention. In addition you may notice areas on the table chipping, or small area where grout may need to be replaced. This is not an indication of manufacturing defect, but is a natural sign of wear and usage. See Care and Maintenance. Exclusions to this warranty: Damage or failure caused by acts of nature, abuse and negligence, commercial use,   chipping, fading, freeze damage, improperassembly, misuse, normal wear and tear, exposure to harsh chemicals or excessive exposure to extreme weather conditions are not covered by the Paragon Casual warranty. The cracking of stone and delaminating of theslate surface is considered as natural element of the stone, therefore not covered by this warranty.  
     
  Cushion:

 
  The limited manufacture warranty is extended to a period of 1 year from the date of purchase against defects in the quality of material and workmanship for common residential use only. Exclusions to this   warranty: Damage or failure caused by acts of nature, abuse and negligence, commercial use, improper assembly, misuse, excess of normal wear and tear, exposure to harsh chemicals or excessive exposure to extreme   weather conditions are not covered by the Paragon Casual warranty. The natural fading or discoloration for any reason is not covered by this warranty.  
     
  Claim Process:

 
  Please refer to the Care & Maintenance information for proper guidelines regarding all Paragon Casual products. Failure to follow these guidelines can void the warranty. To initiate the warranty claim process, please contact the retailer where the furniture was originally purchased within the relevant warrant period and provide a copy of your dated receipt as proof of purchase. All warranty issues must be handled through the retailer where the furniture was originally purchased. Retailers must provide to Paragon Casual photographs and original proof of purchase. For additional assistance, please contact your authorized Paragon Casual representatives, or the Paragon Casual warranty claim department. All goods must be inspected by an authorized Paragon   Causal agent. If an authorized agent is not available,the merchandise may be returned to Paragon Casual for inspection at customer’s expense. Upon completion of inspection, Paragon Casual shall make the determination as to the disposition of all claims. Paragon Casual reserves the right to supply parts, repair, replace, or issue the customer credit. Replacement will be as the original purchased item, however, if not available, equal value replacement or customer credit will be issued. Field destroying all claimed items is mandatory upon the completion of the claim process. Paragon Casual is not responsible for any other costs; consequential or incidental damages resulting from any defect in the product.    
     
  This warranty is the exclusive statement of your rights with respect to the defects in the items you have purchased and supersedes any other express warranty or statement, written or oral, made in connection with the purchase and sale of such item. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
